Our relationship with our clients is our most important asset. Cartel’s services are designed to build trust and confidence while providing accountability and results.

Our experts provide product knowledge training, menu selling, compliance, and income development.  In addition, we support the Accounting and Service departments with remittances and training on procedures. Training is available upon request and can be scheduled for individuals, groups, or for departments.


Current penetration rates, products being sold, and the gross profit averages for each finance person are determined and analyzed.  A plan is created with benchmarks used to compare and monitor results against realistic goals and dealer expectations. Areas of opportunity for increased sales and profits are highlighted. Individuals who would benefit from a refresher training course are identified.
